Mr. Finning brings over two decades of experience in both the private and government sectors, leading multi-jurisdictional investigations involving complex disputes, fraud investigations, internal investigations on behalf of private equity firms and pharmaceutical companies, litigation support, due diligence, and asset tracing investigations both in the US and internationally.
